概要 Started in the 1950s, both the US Highway Trust Fund (HTF) and the Japan Special Account for Road Improvement (SARI) have been claimed to be instrumental to the growth in productivity in both countries. This study aims to present useful comparison of the systematic make-up and institutional changes in the two central transport funding system.
