概要 As a result of investigating the effect of exercise support that nurtures childhood self-efficacy on adolescent subjective well-being through a follow-up study after nine years, we found that exercise support that nurtures self-efficacy in childhood correlated with adolescent subjective well-being, even when adjusted for age, gender, family structure, childcare environment, social factors, mental and physical status, and meal status. Therefore, it is desirable to accumulate successful experiences and build physicality through meticulous involvement starting in childhood.
