概要 This study analyzes the results of a workshop for institutional researchers (IRers) to clarify how research can be made more enjoyable. In the workshop, we utilized the "Pattern Language" method. As a result of analyzing the "Pattern Language sheet" described by participants, we classified the patterns for fun institutional research (IR) into four types: Type1 is "organization management (n = 6)," Type2 is "communication (n = 15)," Type3 is "research question (n = 4)," and Type4 is "data (n = 10)." So, we propose three policies to support IRers.
