概要 Strawberry notch homologue 1 (SBNO1) is a candidate factor involved in development of cerebral cortex. In this study, a knockout mouse of SBNO1 was constructed, and immunohistochemical study on them revealed hypotrophy of axon bundles and dendrites in cortical neurons.
