概要 This study aimed to translate and validate the Japanese version of the Rushton Moral Resilience Scale (RMRS) for healthcare professionals. A total of 1,295 professionals participated in a web-based survey. The Japanese RMRS demonstrated acceptable internal consistency and confirmed the original four-factor structure through CFA. Criterion validity was supported via significant correlations with related scales. However, test–retest reliability of subscales and standardized residual covariances revealed areas for refinement. Moral resilience scores were lower in nurses and women. These findings suggest cultural differences in understanding moral resilience and support further conceptual and structural investigation in Japanese healthcare contexts.
