概要 This study developed and evaluated a psychological support program for suicide prevention workers to address moral injury and ethical challenges. The program aimed to enhance moral understanding, self-efficacy, and moral efficacy. Participants included counselors, nurses, and mental health professionals. Pre- and post-assessments conducted one month after implementation showed significant improvements in moral understanding and efficacy, though no significant changes were found in psychological burdens such as burnout or depression. While the short follow-up limits conclusions about long-term effects, the program shows promise for strengthening ethical coping skills and supporting sustainable, psychologically healthy suicide prevention practices.
