概要 Along with the amendment of Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, migrant workers will be expected to increase for the hotel industry in Japan. Based on previous studies in the foreign hotel industry that have already accepted many migrants, a qualitative research was conducted into a domestic hotel chain in Japan to clarify practical issues with regard to migrant workers and future research issues.
