概要 The spread of borderless business has given corporations with a multinational presence to have global resources and to allocate their funds more strategically. Like TSMC, corporations are, at the same time, required by their multinational stakeholders to act responsibly in economic, environmental and social areas. Having identified CSR issues as a global management issue, corporations must decide to promote their CSR policies and strategies proactively. Only through integrating consideration of environmental and social issues into corporate strategies can corporations develop long-term and stable relationship with their stakeholders and achieve the goal of sustainable development.pp.79-89
