概要 In Japan, there is a concept called altruistic management (Rita-Keiei in Japanese language), referring to doing business for the benefits of others. In order to cultivate such kind of altruistic mindset or altruism, it is essential to develop an effective educational program to train and advance students’ knowledge about altruism, corporate social responsibility and business ethics.
