概要 The necessity of grief care after the death of a family member as perceived by home nurses and the actual state of support were clarified.The participants included three women in their 50s to 70s. In total, 80 codes, nine subcategories, and three categories were extracted. The category “role and effects of grief care for end-of-life care at home” was extracted from three subcategories, including “from facilities to home end-of-life care,”“ grief reactions of bereaved families after death,” and “reactions after grief care.” The category“current situation of grief care” was extracted from three subcategories, including “current situation of grief care after death,”“ideal grief care after death,” and “private grief care.” The category“continuously provided grief care by home nurses” was extracted from three subcategories, which included “grief care began before death,”“creating opportunities for care after death,” and “grief care after death.
