概要 This study aimed to clarify the experiences of bereaved families of deceased patients receiving postmortem care. Participants included eight women who had lost their family members due to chronic diseases, such as cancer, within a year before interviews, and who provided consent for the study. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews based on an interview guide. Results offer suggestions regarding postmortem care by nurses in the future and indicate the need to provide care for bereaved families immediately after the death of their family member.
