概要 | QB House thoroughly excluded service products provided by general barbershops and beauty salons. This store has achieved low prices by providing services specializing in cutting only. Classification of customers visiting QB House was investigated through a survey (February 1-3, 2025, n=41). The main target of QB House is busy businessmen who are pressed for time every day. It features a haircut as soon as you hear the customer's request, and you can get your hair done in about 10 minutes. In addition, QB houses do not have a reservation system and have a system to display waiting times outside the store. QB House aims not to pursue fashion, but to maintain hairstyle through short cuts. Due to the low price of 1,350yen, QB House customers are not looking for creative cuts. The QB House has succeeded in increasing customer rotation by cutting for about 10 minutes, exceeding the unit price of conventional barbershops and beauty salons. |
