概要 | The objective of this study is to examine if the Retail Service Quality Scale could successfully capture customers' perceptions of service quality in department stores across cultures. The Japan and are Korea selected as they reflect two different department store environments and cultural backgrounds. From the geographical points of view, however, consumers of the two countries might show similar patterns of consumer behaviors. Therefore, behavioral intentions and satisfaction are also examined in relation to consumer perceptions of service quality. Data are collected from two convenience samples of Korean and Japanese college students and analyzed using factor and regression analyses. |
