概要 This study aimed to test the face validity of a draft the evaluation scale of end-of-life(EOL) care in long-term care (LTC) facilities in Japan.Based on Stewart's (1999) "Conceptual model of factors affecting quality and length of life of dying patients and their families," Version 1 scale consisted EOL care process and outcome of 53 items. Version 2 reduced to 41 items and changed to 43 items in Version 3. A total of 43 items were found to have face validity by CN and CNS employed at LTC facilities. Future research can explore the reliability and validity of this evaluation scale.
