概要 As the guest speaker, I introduced how Japanese companies are dealing with CSR management issues and pursuing a business model that realizes sustainable management, as well as discussing the issues they are facing in practice. In my speech, I included examples of CSR in Japanese companies as well as theoretical discussions, providing meaningful international insights into Japanese organizational culture, the latest CSR management strategies, and new directions for entrepreneurship and innovation.
